Welcome, I’m Steph Beever an experienced Barnsley based holistic therapist, teacher, hypnotherapist and life coach.  From my Wilthorpe treatment room, I offer relaxed and confidential reiki, life coaching, hypnotherapy, meditation and mindfulness to support your mental and emotional well-being. *

Specialising in anxiety management yet covering a broad range of issues, my approach is both practical and holistic; caring for your mind, body and spirit through actionable activities and exercises.
